Belonging to the Science and Engineering background, she has been a distinguished IT professional serving the consulting industry for 17 years, traveling to various parts of the world. Therefore, there was a natural tendency towards a  scientific bent of mind, questioning the metaphysical realm of knowledge. She embarked on an expedition of self-development after she went through some extreme situations in life. Her relentless spiritual and personal quest to seek wisdom and harmony has brought her to the helm. However, the journey does not end and she has been continuously occupied in studies and research in the fields of Mind and Human Behavior to attend to her inner calling and purpose of life.

She is a PhD in Yoga and Pregnancy and her work on pregnancy is incredible and groundbreaking. She has published 5 research studies on role of yoga in pregnancy in leading international journals. Her PhD study was on, how yoga practice during pregnancy helps pregnant women to have healthy pregnancy, normal delivery, less pain and shorter labor duration.

She had proved scientifically through her studies that yoga practice during pregnancy improves cardiac health of mother, reduces stress, anxiety, depression and improves quality of life. Her studies also showed yoga practice increases the chances of normal delivery and it also reduces labor pain and duration of labor. Yoga practice reduces the various complications during pregnancy.

Charmy Madhvani – Executive (Training & Development)

A yoga therapist with multiple years of experience particularly in Antenatal Yoga. She pursued her dual diploma in Yoga and Naturopathy from one of the best universities in Asia "Gujarat Ayurved University" with specialization in "Antenatal Yoga" and currently studying Masters in Yoga Therapy from S-VYASA University, the pioneer university for Yoga courses.

She is a founder of "Yogini", Yoga Center for Women. She has also conducted training programs to teach therapeutic yoga and to excel in Govt. exams.

She has actively worked as a Yoga Instructor, in collaboration with Research Team of Doctors at G.G. Hospital (Govt. Hospital in Jamnagar) on research paper titled “Role Of Yoga in Infertility”. Worked as a yoga teacher in MPIYNER and IPGT&RA, Gujarat Ayurved University, Jamnagar.

Combination of her studies in HR management and Yoga Therapy makes her unique in the field of antenatal yoga, where she comes up not just with the yoga postures and breathing exercises, but she has way deep knowledge of the activities to do and not to do during this magical time of a woman's life.

Mrs Subarnamani Sahoo – Advisor, Social Reforms

A veteran with more than 40 years of experience in the fields of Maternity and Pregnancy care, new born and child welfare, hospital services, Health supervisor, etc. She retired as a district level in-charge in the Health sector from State Government of Odisha.

Having rich experience in social affairs, she had been actively involved in various Central Government initiatives like Anganwadi, Polio campaigns, etc. We draw from her rich experience to understand the mental and physiological challenges during pregnancy and the coping mechanisms. It is of interest to understand how urbanization has impacted the psycho-social behavior during pregnancy. She has been continuously supporting the organization in its initiatives and endeavors.
