COACHING

Coaching is not about ‘helping’ people or giving them the answers. It’s about asking the right questions. Everyone wants different things from life and there is no one ‘right’ path to happiness and fulfillment. A brilliant coach knows what questions to ask, to take their clients on the amazing journey towards their own best life. Coaching enables people to see that they really can have everything they want in life, if they are willing to work to achieve it!
Within helping professions there are several overarching themes and competencies that one must possess and understand to be successful. However, there are also distinctions between the focus and practice of these professions. Coaching is NOT consultation, mentoring, training or counseling.
My ideal Coaching clients are ‘determined and committed’ individuals who have generally accepted their past and want to put full focus on their future. They are persons who take responsibility for their lives and will benefit from personal accountability.

Through this journey of coaching, I want to support and help you achieve your goals by questioning you, equipping you with powerful tools and techniques to move through your fears and reservations, pushing your limits and holding you accountable for your actions. As a coach, my role will be to challenge you to make strong, positive choices in your life. If that resonates with you, please book your FREE complimentary session now.
If you feel like you are ready to make some important changes, the time is right for you. If you are extremely busy and cannot imagine taking on another thing, then the answer is ‘probably yes.’ The first thing you and your Coach may want to explore is what to remove from your busy schedule to make your life feel simpler, more in balance and manageable.
No, it is not for everybody. I may sound a bit inconsiderate here but that’s the reality. “Becoming bigger and better is totally optional”. So if you are someone with a great vision and ready to implement those by taking massive actions, this is for you. If you are passionate, receptive and truly committed to yourself, then this is for you.
Coaching and Therapy are two completely different services. Coaching focuses on setting and achieving challenging Goals in life to make your dreams a reality. It primarily propels you towards a forward looking journey where you experience new highs.

On contrary, Hypnotherapy or any other therapeutic modality deals with issues, trauma, blocks that has taken place in the past. It could be from this life or another past life which is expressing itself through different aspects of your being in the present.

The advantage here is that you have both the services under one roof (for “face-to-face” consultation only) and if at any point I feel that you are unable to move forward in life due to unresolved past/blocks, I may recommend Hypnotherapy to first clear those so that we may move ahead with a fresh mindset.
Well, it depends on how big your Goal is or what kind of Goal it is. But usually, my clients work with me for a period of 6-12 months to start seeing the results. However, for some specific goals it may also take lesser. But minimum commitment of 3 months is required for quality output.
“Investing in yourself is the best investment you will ever make. It will not only improve your life, it will improve the lives of all those around you.” …. Robin Sharma

Coaching is NOT an expense; it is an Investment on yourself. It is not only personal development and achieving goals but most often I hear my clients delightedly express their journey as “Transformational.”

Studies have shown that, any business, Coaching has resulted in an average return on investment of 5.7 times the initial investment for a company or organization. There are a myriad of improvements in bottom line profitability, customer satisfaction, job satisfaction, working relationships in employees and stakeholders, etc.
Make sure to look honestly at your finances before entering into the coaching relationship. If you hire a Coach, you will be making an important investment into your life – equivalent in its overall impact to an advanced college degree (or possibly more). Are you able to pay the Coach’s fee for a minimum of six months without feeling like you are overextending yourself? Do you feel that you can perhaps make some ‘financial changes’ to allow for the expense for the length of time necessary? You may look at these aspects before embarking on this journey.
During your coaching, you will be invited to look at old situations in new ways. You will be offered new concepts and different ways to approach things. If you are willing to try out new possibilities and stretch your creative side, you will get a large return for your investment. If you are a person who vigorously defends your old perspectives, you will still get much value from committing yourself to a specific course of action.

HYPNOTHERAPY

  • Hypnosis was approved for use by the British Medical Association in 1955 and American Medical Association followed suit in 1958.
  • Hypnotherapy was recognized by the Government of India in 2002 and added to the list of legally practiceable healing modalities along with Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, Homeopathy, Yoga & Naturopathy and Acupuncture.
  • Hypnosis does not involve mind control, magic, unconsciousness or sleep and cannot be entered against your will.
  • Hypnosis is a natural experience that happens to most of us each day when we become absorbed in doing something like driving, working, reading or watching TV.
  • All your senses are awake and alert while you are in a hypnotic state.
  • You only say and do in hypnosis what you would normally say and do in a fully conscious state.
  • You can return to full consciousness any time you either want to or feel the need to.
  • The subconscious mind makes up about 90% of your total mind power and contains a “mental movie” of everything that has happened in your life.
  • As you enter into hypnosis, you bypass the conscious mind and can then access information in the subconscious mind.
  • The use of hypnosis gives you the opportunity to make changes quickly and permanently.
  • Hypnotherapy entails the use of trance and suggestion to adjust habits of thought, feeling and behavior.
  • Hypnotherapists use trance and suggestions to help normal people cope with everyday problems of living, such as issues related to jobs, fear, phobias, addictions and other behavioral issues.
  • Hypnotherapy can also aid in general self-improvement through strategies such as non-clinical stress management.
  • Hypnotherapists work in complementary ways with physicians and other health care providers to help optimize the care patients receive.
  • Hypnotherapeutic results can be restorative, rehabilitative, curative and, seemingly, MIRACULOUS.
There are certain common myths and misconceptions about hypnosis which the client should dispel before coming for a session. It is essential to understand that this technique does not involve the patient being put into an unconscious state, and the patient cannot be made to do anything they would not ordinarily do. They remain fully aware of their surroundings and situation, and are not vulnerable to the commands of the therapist.
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind that occurs to everyone unknowingly twice a day – during early hours just before you are fully awake and in the night when you get to bed and start feeling heaviness in your eyelids but still aware of your surroundings before you fall completely asleep. You are also in this state when you are watching a movie in a theatre or television, etc. The important thing is that the client wants to change some behavioral habit or addiction and is highly motivated to do so. They have to want the treatment to work and must establish a good clinical rapport with the therapist in order for it to do so.

The readiness and ability of clients to be hypnotized varies considerably and hypnotherapy may require a several sessions in order to achieve meaningful results. This process can be expedited through self-hypnosis depending on the case and the therapist may assist you in this regard as well.
The initial office session is one and a half hours long where I do a case receive from the client and an introductory session by me along with which some important information is provided. Additional office sessions usually last about 1-1.5 hours, but may be extended by mutual consent between a client and myself. A minimum of 4 sessions is required to start feeling the change within however; often clients report instantaneous relief, insight, resolutions.
