Therapy works differently – it goes deeper into subconscious patterns and emotional imprints that shape behavior beneath awareness.
Because I am trained extensively in therapeutic and subconscious modalities, my coaching carries an additional edge. Where needed, we don’t just stay at insight – we gently address underlying belief systems and identity patterns as well. This integration creates shifts that are not temporary or motivational in nature, but grounded, sustainable, and permanent in nature.
